For those interested in improving their overall fitness and activity levels. This program will incorporate cardio, strength balance and flexibility exercises. This challenging class will include dumbbell weights during functional movements to improve total body fitness. There will be more focus on cardio, which will be sure to get your heart pumping. Balance and flexibility will be included in this class. We will use equipment such as, chairs, floor mats, and weights. This class is more intense than prior programs. Must have taken Workout Warriors prior to signing up for this class. 6 weeks for $15.00
