If you want to improve your balance and reduce the risk of falling, this class is for
you. Fred Daniels, Exercise Specialist with Center for Physical Therapy and
Exercise will take you through the exercises to improve your balance and stability. The exercises will include strength, flexibility, and balance specific movements. In addition, we will work on strategies to reduce the risk of falling
when you lose your balance. The class will meet for 30 minutes twice a week for
8 weeks. $20 for this 8-week class.
