The mini-Montreal Cognitive Assessment
(mini-MoCA) has been recommended as a clinical screening instrument to identify subtle cognitive deficits. It is not a diagnostic test. It is used to screen patients who will benefit from a detailed neuropsychological testing. The mini-MoCA takes about five minutes to administer and assesses four cognitive domains; 1) Attention, 2) Language or Executive Function, 3) Orientation, and 4) Memory. These screenings will be performed by appointment on July 24th and July 26th.
