Plan review of new residential constuction takes appoximately one week once all required documentation is submitted. Plan review of large comercial projects takes approximately two weeks one all required documentation is submitted. Plan review for small projects, such as fences, sheds and driveways can be expected take two to five business days. Permit applications for construction and/or occupancy are reviewed for compliance with the Building Code and Manchester Zoning Ordinance. Commercial construction projects require 2 sets of stamped plans.
