Lactation Policy

This policy was designed in conjunction with the PUMP Act and NH RSA 275:78-83, “Policies Relating to Nursing Mothers,” to include an unpaid break of 30 minutes for new mothers to pump every three hours of work beginning July 1, 2025, while following the Department of Labor FLSA Protections for Employees to Pump Breast Milk at Work Lactation Policy.
