Healthy Start Home Visiting Program/ Pregnancy Home Visiting Program

The Healthy Start Home Visiting Program is a partnership between the City of Manchester Health Department and Amoskeag Health that provides expecting mothers a minimum of three home visits by a Registered Nurse to help connect families to resources, aid in achieving the best health possible for themselves, their baby and family, and reach health and life goals. Lactation services are also available. 

Eligibility Requirements

All prenatal patients are eligible.

Referral Requirements

Enrollment is arranged through Amoskeag Health Prenatal Care Coordinators.
