Manchester, NH Radiological Emergency Response Plan

The City of Manchester, NH has accepted the designation as a host city for evacuees of several towns around the nuclear power plant in Seabrook, NH.  The basic responsibilities include the acceptance, monitoring and possible decontamination of evacuees in the case of a radiological release of materials from the plant.

A team has been developed and trained by the Manchester Fire Department and the Hillsborough County Sheriff Department.  The team is funded by the owners Next ERA of the Seabrook Power Plant as part of their Radiological Emergency Response Plan.
