The City Archives is dedicated to the digitization of its holdings to enhance open access to its materials via the web. Photographs digitized from the City Hall Restoration Committee collection (collection number 9800.005) documenting the restoration of Manchester's City Hall and City Hall Annex. Images include the interior and exterior of the buildings before, during, and after construction activities.

This exhibit features images taken by the Board of Assessors in 1931 of various city properties. Images are attached to a digital map of Manchester to better show where each building existed geographically within the City. Images were digitized from Property Assessment Records (collection 0102.001), with supplemental information for captions taken from the City Directories (collection 9800.004).
