$20.00 for this 8-week class. Stabilizing our core and our back are critical for balance, posture, and managing daily activities with ease. The Back & Core Stabilization Class will help you improve the strength and flexibility of your core and lower back muscles. This training will also reduce the risk of low back pain or injury. This class will require you to be on a mat on the floor, as well as working with a large exercise ball. If you are comfortable exercising on the floor and on a ball AND want to improve your balance, posture, and protection of your back, this class is for you.
