The City of Manchester offers it's Medicare eligible retirees the Anthem Medicare Preferred (PPO) Medical and Prescription Drug Plan for plan year January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. This plan is called the Anthem Medicare Preferred (PPO) with Senior RX Plus Plan.
This plan is a Medicare Advantage plan with Part D Prescription Coverage. You need only show your Anthem card - you do not need to show your medicare card.
