Mask Service Unit
The MSU is an International 440 SBA.
The original unit was built in 1988 and served as Rescue 1. It was refurbished to become the Air Unit in 1997.
The cab was replaced in 2009.
Upon the purchase of the new Rescue 1, it was converted into the MSU. It is equipped with a breathing air cascade system that is used to refill air packs at larger fire scenes which require more personnel than usual, such as three alarm fires.
It is housed at Station 10 on Mammoth Road.
Engine 2
Engine 2 is a 2014 E-One Typhoon Pumper.
Station 2 is located at 525 South Main Street, on Manchester's west side.
Engine 2 is a 2000 GPM pump with a 750-gallon water tank, a 30-gallon Class A foam tank and a 40-gallon Class B foam tank. The cab is designed for six personnel.
The Engine is equipped with three 200' cross lay attack lines with both smooth bore and variable fog nozzles and three additional lines in the rear of the Engine. It also has a 100' front bumper line which is commonly used for dumpster or vehicle fires. It carries 1000' of 5" supply line.
Engine 3
Engine 3 is a 2013 E-One Typhoon Pumper.
Station 3 is located at 2033 South Willow Street, in Manchester's south end.

Engine 4
Engine 4 is a 2009 E-One Cyclone Pumper.
Station 4 is located at 144 Hacket Hill Road, in Manchester's northwest end.
Engine 4 is a 2000 GPM pump with a 750-gallon water tank, a 30-gallon Class A foam tank and a 40-gallon Class B foam tank. The cab is designed for six personnel.

Engine 5
Engine 5 is a 2014 E-One Typhoon Pumper.
Station 5 is located at 44 Webster Street, in Manchester's north end.

Station 5 also houses the Logistical Support Unit which carries heating and air conditioning units to regulate temperatures of various shelter units, such as command tents.
Engine 6
Engine 6 is a 2017 E-One Typhoon Pumper.
Station 6 is located at 134 Amory Street, on Manchester's west side.

Station 7 is located at 679 Somerville Street, in Manchester's south central district.

Station 7 also houses the Building Collapse Unit, which carries various tools, lumber, and equipment to aid in the stabilization of building collapse incidents.
Engine 8
Engine 8 is a 2015 E-One Typhoon Pumper.
Station 8 is located at 280 East Industrial Park Drive, on Manchester's east side.
Engine 8 is a 2000 GPM pump with a 750-gallon water tank, a 30-gallon Class A foam tank and a 40-gallon Class B foam tank. The cab is designed for six personnel.
The Engine is equipped with three 200' cross lay attack lines with both smooth bore and variable fog nozzles and three additional lines in the rear of the Engine. It also has a 100' front bumper line which is commonly used for dumpster or vehicle fires. It carries 1200' of 5" supply line.
Engine 8 responds to approximately 900 calls per year.
Station 8 also houses two specialized trailers. A Hazardous Materials Response Unit and a Coordinated Incident Management Unit.
This unit carries decontamination equipment to decon personnel that worked in the hazardous area.
This unit carries Command Tents and heating systems to be used at large scale incidents.
Engine 9
Engine 9 is a 2004 E-One Cyclone II Pumper.
Station 9 is located at 525 Calef Road, in Manchester's south end.
Engine 9 is a 2000 GPM pump with a 750-gallon water tank, a 30-gallon Class A foam tank and a 40-gallon Class B foam tank. The cab is designed for six personnel.
The Engine is equipped with three 200' cross lay attack lines with both smooth bore and variable fog nozzles and three additional lines in the rear of the Engine. It also has a 100' front bumper line which is commonly used for dumpster or vehicle fires. It carries 1000' of 5" supply line.
Engine 9 is also equipped with Amkus extrication tools since they are located near the highway and can respond quickly to motor vehicle accidents.
Engine 9 responds to approximately 1100 calls per year.
Plans are underway for the construction of a new firehouse for Station 9. It will be erected in the same location. Also, Station 9 will be receiving a new Engine in the near future.
Engine 10
Engine 10 is a 2011 E-One Cyclone II Pumper.
Station 10 is located at 630 Mammoth Road, in Manchester's northeast district.
Engine 10 is a 2000 GPM pump with a 750-gallon water tank, a 30-gallon Class A foam tank and a 40-gallon Class B foam tank. The cab is designed for six personnel.

Engine 12 is a 2009 E-One Cyclone Pumper.
Engine 12 is housed at Station 2 which is located at 525 South Main Street, on Manchester's west side.
Engine 12 is a spare pump that is put into service when one of the departments primary Engines is out of service for repairs. It is staffed with the personnel of the Engine it is covering.

Forestry 1
Forestry 1 is a 2002 Ford 550.
Forestry 1 is housed at Station 6, 134 Amory Street.
Forestry 1 is equipped with a 260-gallon water tank and a 10-galllon Class A foam tank. It has a 250 GPM pump and a 200' hose reel.
Forestry 1's primary function is to aid in extinguishing brush fires. The apparatus has a variety of forestry tools on it, such as rakes, additional forestry hose, and portable backpack water tanks. It is also equipped with 12,000 lb. front and rear bumper winches.
Forestry 2
Forestry 2 is a 2003 Ford 550.
Forestry 2 is housed at Station 8, 280 East Industrial Park Drive.
Forestry 2 is equipped with a 260-gallon water tank and a 10-galllon Class A foam tank. It has a 250 GPM pump and a 200' hose reel.
Forestry 2's primary function is to aid in extinguishing brush fires. The apparatus has a variety of forestry tools on it, such as rakes, additional forestry hose, and portable backpack water tanks. It is also equipped with 12,000 lb. front and rear bumper winches.
Rescue One
Rescue 1 is a 2010 KME Heavy Rescue.
Rescue 1 is located at 100 Merrimack Street, the departments Central Station and Headquarters.
The Rescue is equipped with six 6000 psi air bottles for its' on-board cascade system for refilling air packs. It is also furnished with a 15 kW PTO driven generator which powers an electric Amkus tool hydraulic pump, roof mounted command lights, and a variety of charging units for battery operated devices.
The primary duties of Rescue 1 personnel are search and rescue during building fires, extrication of victims at motor vehicle accidents, and identifying and mitigating hazardous material situations. They are also responsible for technical rescues such as water rescue, below grade and heights rescues.
Rescue 1 responds to approximaately 2800 calls per year.
Truck 1
Truck 1 is a 2019 E-One Typhoon Single Axle Quint.
Truck 1 is located at 100 Merrimack Street, the departments Central Station and Headquarters.
Truck 1 has a ladder with a 100' vertical reach. The ladder tip is equipped with a master stream nozzle that can deliver 1500 gallons per minute.
Truck 1 has a 1750 GPM pump with a 470-gallon water tank. It also has a 30-gallon Class A foam tank.
Truck 1 has three 200' cross lay attack lines, 700' of 5" supply line, and a 100' bumper line. It is furnished with a large variety of tools and ground ladders to aid in forcible entry, ventilation, and rescues.
Truck 1 responds to approximately 2700 calls per year.
Truck 3
Truck 3 is a 2006 E-One Telescopic Bronto Skylift.
Truck 3 is located at Station 10, 630 Mammoth Road.
Truck 3 is an Articulating Platform Aerial with a 114' vertical reach. The platform is equipped with a master stream nozzle that can deliver 1500 gallons per minute.
Truck 3 is furnished with a large variety of tools and ground ladders to aid in forcible entry, ventilation, and rescues.
Truck 3 has shared staffing with the crew of Engine 10. It is dispatched when an additional Truck Company is needed.
Truck 6
Truck 6 is a 2019 E-One Cyclone Bronto Aerial Skylift.
Truck 6 is housed at Station 6, 134 Amory Street.
Truck 6 is an Articulating Platform Aerial with a 135' vertical reach. The platform is equipped with a master stream nozzle that can deliver 1500 gallons per minute.
Truck 6 is furnished with a large variety of tools and ground ladders to aid in forcible entry, ventilation, and rescues.
Truck 6 responds to approximately 1100 calls per year.
Truck 7
Truck 7 is a 2009 E-One HP100 Tower.
Truck 7 is housed at Station 7, 679 Somerville Street.
Truck 7 has a 100' tower ladder with a platform that can accomodate three firefighters. The platform is equipped with a master stream nozzle that can deliver 1500 gallons per minute.
Truck 7 is furnished with a large variety of tools and ground ladders to aid in forcible entry, ventilation, and rescues.
Truck 7 responds to approximately 1000 calls per year.
Car 1
Car 1 is a 2018 Ford F150 and is housed at the Central Station, 100 Merrimack Street.
Car 1 is a command vehicle that is operated by the Battalion Chief. It responds to all fire calls and numerous incidents that are deemed serious enough to require the supervision of the Battalion Chief.
Car 1 is equipped with a medical kit, air pack, and various tools.
Car 1 responds to approximately 2300 calls per year.
Car 2
Car 2 is a 2010 Ford Expedition and is housed at the Central Station, 100 Merrimack Street.
Car 2 is a spare command vehicle that is operated by a Battalion Chief. It is generally put into service when there is an active multiple alarm fire in the city. It is operated by an off-duty Battalion Chief that will return to cover all other calls that occur in the city.
Car 2 is equipped with a medical kit, air pack, and various tools.
Car 3
Car 3 is a 2019 Ford F150 and is housed at the Central Station, 100 Merrimack Street.
Car 3 is a command vehicle that is operated by the Deputy Chief. If needed, it will respond to multiple alarm fires.
Car 3 is equipped with a medical kit, air pack, and various tools.
Utility 1
The Utility truck is a Ford 550. It is housed at Station 7 on Somerville Street, and is used for transporting needed equipment to various fire and rescue related scenes.
Utility 2
The Utility truck is a Ford 550. It is housed at Central Station on Merrimack Street, and is used for transporting needed equipment to various fire and rescue related scenes.
Boats
The Manchester Fire Department is equipped with five inflatable rescue boats which are housed at the Central Station on Merrimack Street. They are operated by the crew of Rescue 1.
Boat 1 and Boat 2 are 18' Solar 520 Super Jets with 40hp outboard motors.
Boat 3 and Boat 4 are 12' units with 25hp outboard motors. Boat 5 is an inflatable raft.
Regional Command Vehicle
The RCV is a 2014 Freightliner. It is equipped with telescoping cameras, large video monitors, and a variety of office machines. The RCV's primary function is to be used at large scale incidents that will require long hours and numerous agencies working together.
